A luxury Carnival experience governed by clear, protective and UK-facing commercial terms.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all Carnival Creed 2026 purchases, registrations, costume orders, outfit orders, road packages, add-ons and related services for Carnival Creed 2026: Fall from Grace at Notting Hill Carnival 2026.
By registering, paying a deposit, making a payment, joining a payment plan, collecting a costume, wearing a Carnival Creed wristband or participating with Carnival Creed, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
Important: These Terms & Conditions do not remove or limit any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
1. Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions:
Carnival Creed, we, us or our means the Carnival Creed band, brand, production team, organisers, administrators and authorised representatives.
Masquerader, customer, you or your means the person registering for, purchasing from, collecting from or participating with Carnival Creed 2026.
Costume, outfit or package means any Carnival Creed custom-made item, Carnival costume, Monday wear, section costume, accessory, wristband, road package, food and drink package, add-on or related service purchased from or provided by Carnival Creed.
Event means Carnival Creed 2026: Fall from Grace at Notting Hill Carnival 2026.
Custom-made means items produced, adapted, ordered, decorated, sized, allocated or prepared specifically for the customer.
2. Registration

All masqueraders must register through the official Carnival Creed sales channel or approved platform.

Registration is not confirmed until the required deposit or payment has been successfully received.

Carnival Creed reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration where necessary.
-
Customers are responsible for ensuring all submitted information is accurate.
-
Carnival Creed is not responsible for issues caused by inaccurate or outdated information.
3. Custom-Made Costume Notice
-
All Carnival Creed costumes and outfits are custom-made and made-to-order.
-
Once an order is placed, Carnival Creed begins committing resources to production and operations.
-
Custom-made items are treated differently from standard retail goods under UK consumer law.
-
Statutory rights relating to faulty goods still apply.
4. Payments and Deposits
-
A deposit is required to secure your costume, outfit or package.
-
All deposits are strictly non-refundable unless legally required otherwise.
-
Payments must be made by the stated deadlines.
-
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your order.
-
Previous payments may be retained to cover costs already incurred.
-
Carnival Creed is not responsible for payment failures caused by banks, expired cards, insufficient funds or platform issues.
5. Payment Plans
-
Payment plans may be offered through PlayMas or another approved provider.
-
Customers remain responsible for keeping up with payment schedules.
-
Missed or incomplete payments may result in cancellation or withheld collection.
-
Platform fees or late fees are the responsibility of the customer.
6. No Refund Policy
Carnival Creed operates a strict no-refund policy due to the custom-made and event-specific nature of Carnival costumes and packages.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind

Personal circumstances
-
Travel disruption
-
Illness (unless legally required)
-
Pregnancy (unless legally required)
-
Incorrect size selection
-
Weight change
-
Failure to submit correct measurements
-
Handmade variations
-
Failure to collect
-
Late collection
-
Missing Carnival
-
Weather conditions
-
Discomfort
-
Loss of wristband
-
Removal from the band due to misconduct

Failure to read the Terms & Conditions
This policy does not remove any statutory rights under UK law.
7. Faulty Goods and Statutory Rights

Carnival Creed will not avoid any legal obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded.
-
Faulty items must be reported in writing before use or alteration.
-
Customers must provide photographs and written explanation of issues.
-
Carnival Creed must be given reasonable opportunity to inspect and resolve the issue.
Faults do not include:

Minor handmade variations
-
Feather variation
-
Slight colour differences
-
Reasonable embellishment differences
-
Damage caused by misuse, transport, weather, dancing or alterations
-
Incorrect sizing caused by customer error
8. Cooling-Off Period and Cancellation Rights

Standard online cancellation rights may not apply because costumes are custom-made.
-
Production may begin shortly after payment.
-
Cancellation requests are at Carnival Creed’s discretion unless cancellation rights apply by law.
9. Sizing and Measurements
-
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.
-
Costumes are handmade and may not fit every body shape identically.
-
Size changes may only be requested within 48 hours of registration.
-
Alterations are not included unless confirmed in writing.
10. Costume Design, Images and Final Product
-
Promotional images, renders and sketches are for visual guidance only.
-
Final costumes may vary slightly due to handmade production and supplier availability.
-
Carnival Creed reserves the right to make reasonable design adjustments.
-
Minor differences do not automatically entitle customers to refunds.
11. Section Selection and Changes
-
Section selection is subject to availability.
-
Section changes are not guaranteed after registration.
-
Carnival Creed may merge, rename or restructure sections if necessary.
12. Transfers, Resale and Name Changes
-
Costumes, outfits and wristbands are non-transferable unless approved in writing.
-
Unauthorised resale is prohibited.
-
Name changes may be refused.
-
Administration fees may apply for approved changes.
13. Collection
-
Costumes must be collected during the official distribution period.
-
Valid photo ID and order confirmation are required.
-
Collection issues must be raised immediately at the distribution point.
-
Missed collection does not entitle customers to refunds.
14. Delivery
-
Delivery is available only if officially offered.
-
Additional charges may apply.
-
Customers are responsible for providing the correct address.
-
Carnival Creed is not responsible for courier delays or failed deliveries.
15. Wristbands and Road Access
-
A valid Carnival Creed wristband is required for road access.
-
Wristbands are non-transferable.
-
Lost or damaged wristbands may not be replaced.
-
Wristbands must not be cut, sold or tampered with.
16. Road Package and Experience
The Carnival Creed road package may include:

Costume production

Accessories
-
Wristband and road access
-
Inclusive bar access
-
Food and snacks
-
Music truck access
-
Security support
-
First aid support
-
Toilet facilities
-
Photography and videography
Services may be affected by:

Crowd control
-
Police instruction
-
Route changes
-
Weather
-
Supplier availability
-
Operational issues
Temporary disruption does not automatically entitle customers to refunds.
17. Food, Drink and Inclusive Bar Service

Food and drink offerings are subject to availability.
-
Menu items may change without notice.
-
Customers are responsible for dietary requirements and allergies.
-
Carnival Creed cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
-
Alcohol service may be refused to intoxicated persons or anyone unable to provide valid ID.
-
Service may be paused or restricted for safety or operational reasons.
18. Health, Safety and Personal Responsibility

Participation in Carnival is at your own risk.
-
Customers are responsible for their own health, hydration and safety.
-
Customers must follow instructions from staff, security and authorities.
-
Carnival Creed is not responsible for injury or illness unless caused by proven negligence.
19. Behaviour and Conduct
Carnival Creed reserves the right to remove any person for:

Aggression
-
Harassment
-
Violence
-
Theft
-
Excessive intoxication
-
Illegal substances
-
Unsafe conduct
-
Abuse of staff or masqueraders
-
Conduct damaging to the Carnival Creed brand
No refunds will be issued where removal occurs due to misconduct.
20. Photography, Videography and Media Consent
By participating with Carnival Creed:

You consent to being photographed and filmed.

Content may be used for marketing and promotions.
-
No compensation will be provided for use of imagery or footage.
21. Intellectual Property
All Carnival Creed:

Names
-
Branding
-
Themes
-
Costume designs
-
Artwork
-
Campaign concepts
-
Creative materials
remain the intellectual property of Carnival Creed.
Customers may not reproduce or commercially exploit designs without written permission.
22. Social Media and Brand Representation
-
Masqueraders are encouraged to tag @CarnivalCreed.
-
Carnival Creed may repost public content.
-
Brand imagery may not be used commercially without permission.
-
Misrepresentation or damaging content may be challenged or reported.
23. Event Cancellation, Postponement and Force Majeure
Carnival Creed is not liable for cancellation or disruption caused by:

Government action
-
Severe weather
-
Public safety concerns
-
Road closures
-
Supplier failure
-
Transport disruption
-
National emergencies
-
Acts of God
Refunds are not automatically guaranteed where production costs have already been incurred.
24. Limitation of Liability
Carnival Creed does not exclude liability where unlawful to do so.
Subject to legal limitations, Carnival Creed is not responsible for:

Lost property

Travel costs
-
Hotel costs
-
Loss of earnings
-
Emotional distress
-
Third-party supplier failures
25. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree not to raise false chargebacks.

Carnival Creed may provide evidence to payment providers.
-
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in cancellation and recovery of costs.
26. Communication
Official communication may be sent via:

Email
-
PlayMas
-
WhatsApp
-
Social media
-
Website updates
Customers are responsible for checking communications regularly.
27. Data Protection
Personal information may be used for:

Registration
-
Payments
-
Production
-
Communication
-
Event operations
-
Safety management
Information may be shared with trusted third-party providers where necessary.
28. Changes to These Terms
Carnival Creed reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions where necessary.
The most recent published version will apply.
29. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
30. Acceptance
By registering or participating with Carnival Creed, you confirm that:
