About the event
Creed Carnival is proud to present an exclusive creative initiative designed to nurture talent and preserve the artistry of carnival craftsmanship. Our Youth Costume Design Program trains ten young adults, aged 16–21, in the full creative process of carnival costume design — from concept to construction.
Over the course of this immersive program, participants will learn:
Sketching and design techniques
Wire bending and feather work
Sewing and costume assembly
Presentation skills for performance wear
