PAYMENT POLICY 

To join Carnival Creeds for Notting Hill Carnival 2025: 

• Pay a 40% non-refundable deposit 

• Valid for all costume types 

• Registration is not valid until the full deposit is received 

• Payment must be made via PlayMas only 

• No cash or cheques 

• Full balance must be paid before costume collection 

 

DISCLAIMER 

• Missed payments = forfeited costume and payments 

• Costumes remain Carnival Creeds’ property until paid in full 

• All card payments are in GBP (£) 

• International customers may incur conversion fees 

• A 4% admin fee is added to all PlayMas transactions (full or instalment) 

 

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY 

• Costumes are custom-made and non-refundable 

• NO: 

• Section or style exchanges 

• Ownership transfers 

• Returns 

Size/measurement changes accepted up to 48 hours after registration. Measurement changes will only be accepted within the first 30 days of registration. 

 

COSTUME COLLECTION 

• Bring a valid photo ID 

• You may authorize someone to collect with: 

• Their own valid ID 

• Your full name 

Collection info will be shared via: 

• Email 

• Website 

• Social Media 

 

CONSUMER DATA & PRIVACY STATEMENT 

• We are the sole owners of information collected 

• Used only for: 

• Costume processing 

• Carnival logistics 

• Promotions and updates 

No third-party sharing outside of official partners. 

 

IMAGE & VIDEO USAGE CONSENT 

By participating, you agree to: 

• Be filmed/photographed during Carnival 

• Allow your image to be used in marketing/promotions 

• No royalties or payments for usage 

 

DATA SECURITY 

• Sensitive info is encrypted and securely transmitted 

• Look for “https” for secure connection 

• Information is protected both online and offline
