What is the refund policy?

All costumes are custom-made; deposits and payments are non-refundable. No returns or exchanges are accepted. Please double-check your selections before completing your registration.
Can I change my costume section or size after registering?

Section changes: Not allowed after registration. Size changes: You may update your measurements within 48 hours of registering.
Are payment plans available?

Yes, we offer flexible payment plans through PlayMas. You can pay in installments, but the final payment must be completed by the deadline to ensure your costume is ready.
