No, costume transfers are not permitted. Costumes are tailored to each individual.

Costumes must be collected at our distribution center. To collect: • Bring a valid photo ID • If someone collects on your behalf, they must bring their ID and a copy of yours Collection dates will be: • Emailed to masqueraders • Posted on our website and social media

All costumes are custom-made; deposits and payments are non-refundable. No returns or exchanges are accepted. Please double-check your selections before completing your registration.

Section changes: Not allowed after registration. Size changes: You may update your measurements within 48 hours of registering.

Yes, we offer flexible payment plans through PlayMas. You can pay in installments, but the final payment must be completed by the deadline to ensure your costume is ready.
